Turkey Tuesday
Rocked Turkey Point for a nice, solid ride on Tuesday night. Beautiful side- to side-onshore direction from the north east. And mild: I felt over-dressed in a steamer. Rode almost till 9 o'clock!

Comment by John Verbakel on June 18, 2009 at 11:55pm - TP kicked in at 12:00 on Wedneday with direct onshore wind for great shoreline cruising. Started on my 17 but should have pumped the 12...however I had to leave by 2:00 so I didn't to waste time changing kites. Must have been 8 or 9 kites

Comment by Simon on June 17, 2009 at 9:52pm - Wednesday (today), I went to LP at 700hr... it was decent side onshore. I decided to see if anyone was at TP... nope, neither was wind. I left there about 800hr back to where wind was... It was rainy as I rode powered, then underpowered (downwind) then overpowered (made it back upwind). Mostly side-shore east. I left at 1200.
