BRAZIL Update #2

Been very eventful in Brazil boys. Halloween was nuts. Got out car impounded on the way to this Beach Party in Cumbuco. Was pretty gnarly... but we finally got there and it was sick. Partied til 6:30 in the morning with our crew and Aaron Hadlow!!! Was crazy to pound beers with the #1 rider in the world! Jesse Richman and Cameran Ditriech were chillin too!

and I finally got back on the twin tip yesterday! Had a solid session in the Cauipe lagoon in Cumbuco! But heres a short edit of some kiteskating in Taiba, Brazil! Banged me knee up when I first got here so I've been riding the skate for the last week taking it easy. Wanted to bag a few more tricks before a finished the edit but I lost one of my shoes yesterday in Cauipe. Damn, anyways here's some footage from a couple days ago... more to come when I get some new kicks!

Thanks to Jim and Matt for the sickest skate in game right now! Everybody loves that thing here!

Comment by Simon on November 3, 2009 at 9:50pm: I looked into the vimeo thing a bit further - the page says that "vimeo plus" members get moved to the front of the line... ONLY 60 bucks a year to become vimeo plus... this feature came online Oct 16th (according to wikipedia).
I remember going to the turkey point hotel (years ago), and there was a huge line up... but there wasn't actually many people inside. They were just holding the line to make it look like the 'place to be'. I bet vimeo is "holding the line" to encourage people to purchase their product.

Sounds like your having a good time down there. Up here hasn't been too bad - 5 or 10 guys out at LP each weekend up to now. Hopefully this weekend's forecast holds. How is the wind down there? Consistent? Strong?
