Okay, for me when I go to the main page we see the blog posts filling the main body of the screen - so I guess this is why people post general discussions as blogs because it's right there. One problem is that blog topics don't change in the order...
Guys, let me know what you think. I put the forums at the top left and blogs top middle.
ok, lemme see what I can do...

Ode to Codeine

It's early in the morning - time for codeine
It's blowing fifteen - time for codeine
Boostin' big air, crashin' on my ass, gettin' slapped on my balls - time for codeine!
All packed up and headin' home - time for codeine

I wake up in the morning and can't stand erect - time for codeine!

Playing barbie dolls with my little twin girls - time for codeine!

Man I'm sore from yesterday - time for codeine! I need more now....

Sweeeet Afternoon at Long Point

Saturday the wind was solid but not nuking....just 15 knots or so with the the wind coming with enough northwesterly that it was a perfect side on keeping the usual LP breakers under control. There were about eight of us out there. I had my 17m Contra dialed in with my 135 Nobili and the conditions were so solid that I just couldn't stop. The sky were a mix of sun and cloud and whenever the sun popped through it lit up the the LP afternoon waters like stage....but the view, as always was best, f… Continue

My Pop Was Hiding in Baie des Brises, Quebec!

So we're doing this family thing at my inlaws in Montreal and I'm watching all the wind back home just losing it, when my buddy from around here says we should go to Baie des Brises. I think the last time I was there was 20 years ago windsurfing. I had some awesome days there when a big SW swell bends around the point making for sweet side shore conditions. And the gentle… Continue

Port Weller Friday

Port Weller was good today (Friday). The westerly direction made it just enough side on for some breathing room from the beach. A few riders but not too busy. Satisfying overall even though a bit up and down. When I arrived at 4 the wind died a bit so I rigged my 16. Then it picked up... so you should always have somebody at the beach pumping up a big kite! I was the last one leaving at 7 when a local guy arrived. His wife drove to meet him at the beach and launched his kite for him. Nice! What… Continue

Technical question about this site

As a general question - why are all the posts and discussions on here in the last part of the year done as blog posts? I keep looking at the forum to se what the recent posts are but everything seems to be as a blog. Call me old school but isn't a blog supposed to be for some kind of personal entries like a journal on line?
Shouldn't general discussions be on the forum?
I keep going to the forum to see where people are going and anything new but no posts there. Looks like the forum for this grou… Continue
